STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Proper attire is required for each class.
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late for class will not be allowed to participate, unless special arrangements have been made with the instructor.
Absolutely no food or drink is allowed in the studio, other than water.
Students are expected to listen, maintain a positive attitude and be supportive of one another.
PAYMENT
Tuition for classes is due in full before the start of each session.
Client registration is not complete without payment.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Students enrolling in classes part-way through the session do not receive prorated pricing.
Walk-in classes are $15.
Registration is non-refundable. In the event of class cancellation due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be issued for future classes.
WEATHER CLOSINGS
In the event of inclement weather, EAU Dance will close in conjunction with East Grand Rapids Public Schools. Class cancellations will be communicated via text or email to each participant enrolled in that day’s classes.
INJURY
EAU Dance, Wealthy Theatre, and their staff members are not liable for any injuries sustained during class, or on the premises. If you have an injury or are recovering from an injury, please notify your instructor so they can make appropriate accommodations during your class.
INCLUSION + CONDUCT
EAU Dance welcomes all students and families regardless of age, sex, race, or religion. We believe in a harmonious studio environment, where mutual respect and positive attitudes are expected. We do not tolerate inconsiderate behavior or bullying. In the course of dance and fitness instruction, hands on correction or modification is sometimes used as a technique to correct to body mechanics or alignment. If you or your dancer do not want to have any physical contact, please notify your instructor before class.
